More about Francis Slabber

Francis Slabber is and audiologist and is the owner of her practice since 1999. She has a B.Communication Pathology degree from the University of Pretoria which qualified her as a Speech & Language Therapist and Audiologist and after a short stint doing Speech and Language Therapy she settled in Cape Town with Audiology as her chosen profession and passion.

Francis Slabber has extensive experience in fitting and supplying hearing aids and has been on countless training courses and conferences including congresses and workshops in Denmark, USA, Singapore and Spain. She served as the Western Cape Chairperson for the South African Association of Audiologists for three years and has been involved in the planning of the national ENT, Audiology and Speech Therapy Congress in Cape Town three times.

She has a special interest in adult and geriatric hearing impairment and has given many talks on the topic of hearing loss and amplification.

She currently consults at the Wynberg and Tokai rooms.
