Every medical aid plan, including each plan on Momentum Health, covers the 26 conditions on the CDL list.

In addition, some plans cover other chronic condition. We have outlined those below. You can view the benefit limit for these on each plans full benefit page.

Note that Momentum Health is very specific about where you can get your chronic benefit, and has divided its plans accordingly. You can choose to receive chronic benefits at any provider, at a network provider, or at a State provider. Your choice will affect the price of your medical aid.
