From everyone at rehealth.co.za, thank you for using our products! We build them to help you stay informed on your healthcare choices, and to connect providers with patients.

When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to Adoweb (pty) Ltd, trading as rehealth.co.za.

When we say “website” in this document, we are referring to content on rehealth.co.za, and its subdomains.

When we say “Services”, we mean any product created and maintained by rehealth.co.za.

When we say “You” or “your”, we are referring to the people or organizations that access and use our website, for example a reader (“website user”), or a health provider.

We may update these Terms of Service in the future.

When you use our Services, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest Terms of Service. That’s true for any of our existing and future products and all features that we add to our Services over time. There may be times where we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service; in doing so, we are not waiving that right or provision. These terms do contain a limitation of our liability.

If you violate any of the terms, we may terminate your access to our services.

Our content is not advice, it’s information

  • Do not consider the content on rehealth.co.za to be a substitute for medical or financial advice.
  • We offer all content for information purposes only, and we offer it in a general nature. Rehealth.co.za does not offer personal health, medical or financial advice. You should always consult your doctor or healthcare professional in a medical emergency, or for personal medical queries. You should always consult with your financial broker before making any changes to your medical aid choices. Always speak to a healthcare provider before starting any wellness or other health-related programme.
  • Although we have content on rehealth.co.za that reference specific doctors, medications, wellness products, health facilities and other health-related information, we do not endorse any provider or product, and we do not make any claim as to the effectiveness of treatments or medications.
  • Do not consider any content on rehealth.co.za to be the “final word” on any matter. Always do your own research, and speak to professionals.

Liability

  • Although we take strict precautions to ensure that our content is accurate and reliable, we do not accept liability to you for whatever reason, from using our content. Remember to always verify our content with the relevant professionals.
  • As part of our services, we host content from third party providers such as healthcare professionals and their listings on the Healthcare Directory. Although we take great precautions to ensure that all such information is accurate, we do not take responsibility for content written or provided by these third parties.

Restricted purposes

  • You can access and make personal use of our services, but not to download or modify them, or any portion of them, including all content on the site.
  • You are not allowed to resell or engage in commercial use of the services or their contents; any derivative use of this website or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
  • This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose.
  • You may not embed, frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of any of our services.

Paid-for services, Cancellation and Termination

  • If you have purchased one of our paid-for services, note that we do not store your credit card details, and we do not automatically debit your account with your next-due payment. You will be invoiced, and are responsible for making payment via the options made available to you.
  • If you have paid for a service on the website and wish to cancel the service, you can do so in writing, by emailing help@rehealth.co.za. The rehealth team will confirm the cancellation, as well as the date that your content or services will be removed from the site.
  • We do not provide refunds or pro-rated refunds for services rendered.

Healthcare Directory Listings

  • If you are a healthcare professional, you might be entitled to purchase a listing on our healthcare directory.
  • We reserved the right to decline your listing, if we do not feel it meets our internal criteria for a credible and/or verified listing. We will communicate this to you directly. If we decline your listing, we will refund any monies you may have paid for it to us.
  • By submitting your listing and its content you agree that it is factually correct, that you are legally allowed to offer the services as presented on the listing, and that you have the right to post all the intellectual property on the listing, including links to content hosted elsewhere.
  • We reserved the right to cancel your listing, and de-list it from our site if we feel it does not meet our standard of verification or standard of care. We will communicate this with you directly, and give you an opportunity to rectify the problems, if possible. If we cancel your listing, we will refund the unused pro-rata portion of your listing fee, minus an admin fee of 25% of the initial cost paid by you.
  • Your listing can include links to outside content that you own, or that you have created. This can include, but is not limited to, videos on YouTube, articles hosted on your website, and papers you have authored. We reserve the right to decline links to content that would not meet our standards if it were hosted on our site. This includes, but is not limited to, content that references illegal practices, is discriminatory or offensive, is medically or factually inaccurate, does not reference substantially the speciality under which you are listed, and content that you do not have the right to link to.
  • You can amend your listing at any time, and add content to it, by emailing your account executive. Changes usually take one business day to be approved and posted. All content posted will be added by the directory team, and must follow the template of all listings.
  • Depending on what listing you choose, it can be included on our website and/or in print. If for whatever reason we are unable to publish the Boost magazine in physical print, it will be published in digital format and can be printed out by the end user.

Broker Directory Listings

  • If you are a healthcare broker, you might be entitled to purchase a listing on our broker directory.
  • We reserved the right to decline your listing, if we do not feel it meets our internal criteria for a credible and/or verified listing. We will communicate this to you directly. If we decline your listing, we will refund any monies you may have paid for it to us.
  • You may not sell or pass on contact details of any person who contacts you via your listing, until you have a legal contract appointment with such person
  • By submitting and paying for your listing you verify that you will be the end broker cited on all appointment contracts with clients who may enter into a client-broker relationship with you, via this listing
  • By submitting your listing and its content you agree that it is factually correct, that you are legally allowed to offer the services as presented on the listing, and that you have the right to post all the intellectual property on the listing, including links to content hosted elsewhere.
  • We reserved the right to cancel your listing, and de-list it from our site if we feel it does not meet our standard of verification or standard of care. We will communicate this with you directly, and give you an opportunity to rectify the problems, if possible. If we cancel your listing, we will refund the unused pro-rata portion of your listing fee, minus an admin fee of 45% of the initial cost paid by you.
  • Your listing can or may include links to outside content that you own, or that you have created. We reserve the right to create option to include or exclude such content with broker listings. The content can include, but is not limited to, videos on YouTube, articles hosted on your website, and papers you have authored. We reserve the right to decline links to content that would not meet our standards if it were hosted on our site. This includes, but is not limited to, content that references illegal practices, is discriminatory or offensive, is medically or factually inaccurate, does not reference substantially the speciality under which you are listed, and content that you do not have the right to link to.
  • You can amend your listing at any time, and add content to it, by emailing your account executive. Changes usually take one business day to be approved and posted. All content posted will be added by the directory team, and must follow the template of all listings.
