Specialised Dentistry:	No benefit
In-Hospital Dentistry:	Dental and oral surgery: PMBs only Major maxillofacial surgery: PMBs only	PMBs are always covered by the scheme, and cannot have sublimits or co-payments imposed. Orthodontics:	No benefit
