Terminology:

• PMBs: Prescribed Minimum Benefits. You can read more about PMBs, see a list of all PMB conditions or read more what "PMB only" benefit means.
• DSPs: Designated Service Provders. Where stipulated, you must use specific specific providers to get full benefit.
• Co-payment: Paid out of pocket, or out of savings account. Sometimes this is refundable to you if you have a gap product

Main Member: Adult: Child: Savings (per year): No savings account option on this plan The scheme might still cover some or all day-to-day claims. See below, and see benefits. Other Day-to-Day Funds: Discovery awards you with money if you complete personalised health and lifestyle actions You need to activate the benefit on the app, and fulfill the personalised pathways These can be things like: get a mammogram, complete a dental checkup etc Personal Health Fund: Up to R500 per adult and R250 for child. Maximum R1,000 per family. Personal Health Fund Boost: Up to an additional R250 per adult, per completed challenge. Maximum 2 challenges per adult, and R1,000 per family. Challenges take 5-10 weeks to complete, and are meant to build habits. The fund money can be used for most out-of-hospital claims
Standard Dentistry:	Consults, fillings and tooth removals at dentist in network
Specialised Dentistry:	Orthognathic surgery, dental appliances and their placements: No benefit	Gap Cover: Can cover most co-payments and increase sublimits (Plans coming soon)
In-Hospital Dentistry:	PMBs only	Gap Cover: Can cover most co-payments and increase sublimits (Plans coming soon)
Orthodontics:	No benefit

Mammogram:	Covered, every 2 years If you qualify, you can get Breast MRI and once-off BRCA test for breast screening
PAS Test:	Covered
HIV Test:	Covered
Other:	Kids' assessment, including height, weight, head circumference and health and milestone tracking Bowel cancer screening
